Saturday Community Yoga is an inclusive class where we come together to cultivate gentle strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a warm and welcoming environment. No prior experience is necessary! This class focuses on accessible movements that empower you to connect with your body and breathe while fostering a sense of community and shared experience.
Registration Reminder: If you are bringing a support person or caregiver, please ensure you register for two tickets—one for yourself and one for your support person.

Our facilitators create a supportive, sensory-inclusive environment and work to meet the unique needs of each participant. Additional Information:This is a shared, welcoming space. Some participants may make sudden movements or sounds as they engage in class—this is part of our inclusive environment. Feel free to bring your own headphones if needed. A relaxation space is also available. We provide mats and supportive props, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
