What to expect
Meet your guide at Queensway Station and set off on a scenic walk toward Kensington Gardens, located on the western edge of Hyde Park. As you stroll along the elegant paths, your guide will share the rich history of Hyde Park, spanning from 1066 to today. Highlights include the beautifully designed Italian Gardens and the charming Round Pond, as well as stories about the British Royal Family and key landmarks like the Peter Pan Statue and the Physical Energy Statue.
The tour culminates at the pavilion near Kensington Palace, where you'll sit down for a traditional high tea experience. Enjoy a curated selection of finger sandwiches, cakes, and hot tea, served in the Orangery overlooking Diana’s garden. The tour concludes here, giving you the freedom to relax and soak up the surroundings at your leisure. Please note, entry into Kensington Palace is not included.
