Free Yoga class for all abilities. Kristen will teach a flow that can be practiced by beginners and Yogi enthusiasts alike. We would love for you to move with us!

Event Description:

Stretch out your weekend with Sunday Yoga at Tortoise and Hare Sports! Every Sunday at 10:00 AM, we roll out the mats for runners, walkers, and everyone in between. Whether you're cooling down after a morning run, looking to improve your flexibility, or simply want to enjoy a peaceful start to your Sunday, our yoga session is the perfect fit.

  • Time: Every Sunday at 10:00 AM (Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in)
  • Session: A 60-minute yoga class focusing on stretches and poses beneficial for runners and walkers
  • Instructor: Experienced and friendly, ensuring a great experience for all participants

 

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat (limited mats available on-site)
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Water bottle to stay hydrated
