Stop At: Cleland Wildlife Park
Nestled in an 86-acre (35-hectare) natural bush setting, Cleland Wildlife Park offers a rare chance to wander among more than 130 species of Australian animals in an open environment with minimal enclosures.

Follow the self-guided discovery trails and meet iconic wildlife including kangaroos, emus, dingoes, Tasmanian devils, and more. Hand-feed kangaroos, wallabies, and potoroos with provided animal food, and join interactive keeper talks for a closer look at the animals in action.

Don’t miss the Ocean to Outback Interpretive Centre, which showcases South Australia’s ecosystems with nocturnal animals, small mammals, and reptiles.

Stop At: Mount Lofty Summit
On the return journey, pause at Mount Lofty Summit for sweeping views over Adelaide. At 710m, this is the highest point in the Adelaide Hills, offering uninterrupted panoramas of the coastline stretching north and south, as well as the Gulf St. Vincent.
