Free showing - Big Bird's Adventure: One World, One Sky
Please note this show is free and tickets are very limited. A seat reservation is needed for all guests, including lap infants. If you make a reservation and are unable to attend, please cancel these directly or let us know as soon as possible so that we may release seats to those who can.
This showing is part of our "The Universe, on Us" Series of Free Community Programs at the Whitworth Ferguson Planetarium.
Follow Sesame Street's Big Bird and Elmo as they explore the night sky with Hu Hu Zhu, a new friend from China. Together, they take an imaginary trip from Sesame Street to the moon, where they discover how different it is from Earth.
This show is recommended for children ages roughly 1-5 and their families.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before show time, because late arrivals may not be seated for safety reasons in our darkened planetarium.
If you are not already familiar with the location of the planetarium, please be sure to understand our location using the map here on Eventbrite or here: Planetarium location in Google Maps For our public programs, you will be able to park in the I-37 parking lot off of Iroquois Drive directly next to Buffalo State University's Science and Math Complex which houses the planetarium.
