Presented in partnership with DanceHall Fit!
Join us for the first ever "Beats & Brain Health" event, a unique and uplifting event that brings together movement, music and mind! We'll kick things off with a high-energy Carribean Dance workout designed to get your heart pumping and your spirit lifted. With lively rhythms from soca, reggae, calypso, and dancehall, you'll move, sway, and sweat your way through a session that's all about joy and connection - perfect for all fitness levels.
Once the music fades, we'll transition into an informative and interactive presentation on brain health, led by Medical Director and Neurologist, Dr. Susan Steen. Learn how regular physical activity, especially dance and rhythmic movement, plays a crucial role in keeping your brain sharp, improving memory, boosting mood, and reducing the risk of cognitive decline.
Whether you're passionate about wellness or just love a good beat, this event will leave you feeling inspired, eneergized, and empowered to take charge of your brain and body health. Don't miss this opportunity to move your body and nourish your mind!
PLEASE NOTE: This event is NOT held at Axiom Brain Health, but at the Skills Center located at 5106 N 22nd St Tampa, FL 33610
RSVP is required to attend!
