About this Event
Join Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) and Feeding Tampa Bay on the fourth Thursday of the month for a free nutrition class. We'll talk about healthy eating and learn a new recipe. This class will also focus on how to save money at the grocery store. Participants will receive a recipe and handouts. Each class has a giveaway such as herbs, seeds, and kitchen tools. Please try to attend all classes in the series. Materials provided by TFHC, Feeding Tampa Bay, the USDA-NRCS, and Sprouts Healthy Communities.
