The Weekend Warrior Series is a 3-day split is designed to maximize your results as well as your recovery.
Every session is full body, but with emphasis on different primary lifts each day.
Our Current Training Block focus is Mastering the Kettlebell: Lessons in Fitness and Finesse.
Many gyms use kettlebells, but few dedicate enough time to proper technique for participants to fully benefit from — and appreciate — their versatility. As a result, people often dislike kettlebells, find them awkward, or worse, get injured.
If you’re interested in rehabbing your relationship with the kettlebell, the next few months will be a deep dive into everything this tool has to offer. We’ll focus on developing*:
fine motor skill,
full-body coordination,
explosive hip drive,
an engine that won’t quit,
and a bulletproof core.
*As Always, these brain-intensive movements will be balanced with more familiar work. We are not abandoning our pursuit of solid pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, deadlifts, handstands, grip strength, lateral stability, good mobility… etc
Each 60-minute session is small-group personal training designed to challenge you safely, so you can stay consistent in your training and realize TANGIBLE improvements in your strength, endurance, and moblity. You're not just "working out"... you're learning about the most effective way to train your body.
