What is it?

Open to everyone, join us at CodeBase Edinburgh to connect with members of the local tech and startup community. It doesn't matter where on your journey you are: we welcome folk who have the seed of an idea, to people from organisations looking for that next big leap into international markets.

What can I expect?

Unfiltered is an opportunity to meet and connect with people from across the tech ecosystem. We like to run Unfiltered with minimal structure, to allow conversations to flow naturally over a coffee. You don’t need a background in tech, or to have your own startup, to join us at Unfiltered, we welcome anyone who is interested in chatting to our community and learning more.

We will provide a selection of breakfast foods and hot drinks at the start of the event, available on a first come first served basis.

Where and when is this taking place?

Unfiltered takes place on the first Wednesday of the month. Please feel free to drop in at any time between 08:30 to 10:30, in our Events Space at 37a Castle Terrace.

Who will be there?

Anyone who is interested in or involved in the tech community in Edinburgh and beyond! We also strongly recommend joining our Online Community, where you can connect with others in your region.

Registration

We ask everyone to sign up individually, so we can have an estimate of how many people want to attend. We will also check-in each person on Eventbrite as they join the event so make sure you've signed up to the event in order to attend!

Code of Conduct

Our events are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of CodeBase.
