Get fitted with your bike and helmet, then dive into the city's legendary coffee and doughnut culture.

🌳 Stop 2: Ladd’s Addition
Duration: 30 minutes
Ride through Portland’s charming labyrinth-style neighborhood. Learn about the city’s original food cart scene and sip some of our favorite local coffee.

☕ Stop 3: Hawthorne/Division
Duration: 20 minutes
We’ll explore this lively Southeast Portland area with a visit to another local café or pastry stop and chat about Portland’s booming coffee scene.

🍩 Stop 4: Irvington/Broadway District
Duration: 30 minutes
Hear the quirky history behind Portland’s doughnut craze and visit a shop that helped spark the trend.

🍩 Stop 5: Blue Star Donuts
Duration: 20 minutes
When open (hours vary), we’ll stop at Blue Star—famous for elevating the doughnut from convenience store staple to culinary delight. If they're closed, don’t worry—we have a fantastic backup!
