Red, White & Chew: An Independence Day BBQ & Fireworks Soirée at The Collar Club Hollywood Hills Social Sanctuary

- Capacity: Intentionally limited to 40 human guests for an exclusive, unforgettable night
Celebrate America’s birthday the way only The Collar Club can: panoramic fireworks, decadent BBQ, craft cocktails, cannabis treats, and your four-legged royalty at your side.
Your midsummer night includes:
- Afternoon Cocktails: 4 PM – 7 PM — craft cocktails, premium wines, champagne, crisp beer, and a curated cannabis selection for consenting humans.
- Barbecue Feast: 5 PM – 8 PM — a chef-grilled spread worthy of your status (and your human’s appetite).
- Fireworks: As dusk falls, watch Los Angeles light up from the Hollywood Sign to the Pacific — 360° unobstructed views from our private viewing deck.
A gentle note:
Our pool level is currently receiving an elevated refresh after recent hillside fire damage — so we’re keeping this celebration intentionally intimate, with a strict limit of 40 human guests. This means more space, more personalized service, and more time to mingle under the stars.
Also: fireworks aren’t for every pup. Feel free to come solo and enjoy a night off if your furry plus-one prefers to lounge at home. If you do bring them, remember: this is an outdoor-only gathering — pack their CBD or try ours.
On the house:
- Complimentary BBQ, craft cocktails, beer, wine, champagne
- CBD treats for humans and dogs, plus curated cannabis products
- Complimentary valet parking — discreet directions delivered in a private envelope
- Diamond Dogs enjoy access for two humans. Founders and Diamond Dogs are encouraged to invite a dog friend and their humans who’d be a perfect fit for our club.
