It started with a simple idea
Founder Teddy Lee recalls:
“My wife wanted Japanese food, but everywhere was too expensive—so I decided to change that.”

Trained in the high-pressure sushi academies of Tokyo, Teddy Lee brought his discipline and passion to Edinburgh in 2015. His mission remains clear: serve high-quality, traditional food that’s inclusive, community-driven, and feels like home.
