Feeling stressed, low, or overwhelmed? You’re not alone, and we’re here for you. Our gentle and welcoming yoga sessions are designed to help you release stress, improve your mood, and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is a space where you can breathe, move, and heal at your own pace.
Led by the amazing Ewa Weis, a highly experienced instructor who trained in India, these sessions focus on gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Ewa’s unique approach makes yoga accessible for all, no matter your experience or flexibility.

These free sessions are open to Ukrainians, Central and Eastern Europeans, and other migrant communities in Birmingham .
Everyone is welcome, and we kindly encourage voluntary donations from those who are able to contribute.
