Get ready to bounce, flip, and soar at Flip Out Portsmouth, an indoor trampoline park packed with exciting attractions for all ages. Whether you're planning a family outing, catching up with friends, or simply looking for an energetic way to spend the day, this 60-minute jump session promises plenty of high-flying fun.
Enjoy full access to the park's wall-to-wall trampolines, launch yourself into the giant foam pit, and test your skills on the trampoline basketball court. After your session, recharge with food and drinks available at The Diner, or relax in one of the venue's party rooms.

Session Information
- Available: Saturdays and Sundays only
- Summer Holidays: Monday to Sunday
- Session times: 10:00 am, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 5:00 pm
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Age requirement: Suitable for ages 6 and over
- Options: Valid for one or two jumpers
Good to Know
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled session.
- All participants must complete a waiver form before jumping.
- Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult who remains in the building throughout the session.
- Flip Out grip socks are required and can be purchased on-site for £3 per pair.
