Story Walks are a great way to connect children & families to nature. Join us for a free Story Walk through the habitats of Don Edwards SF Bay National Wildlife Refuge! As you explore the trails, stop and read the story about Betty the Bee, a local pollinator who is navigating the world of her urban home. This story and its activities are fun for all ages!
The event will take place from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. You can arrive whenever is convenient for you during this timeframe, allowing up to an hour to complete the Story Walk and activities. We will have a table set up to greet you, provide you with pre-printed activity booklets, and answer any questions you might have! After completing the story walk, come back to make a craft and get a limited edition sticker!
Other Considerations:
This event is brought to you by the San Francisco Bay Wildlife Society and US Fish & Wildlife Service thanks to support from Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program and Cargill, Inc.
