1. Washington Park
We begin the tour in Washington Park. It is a scenic 8-acre park in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati. It was originally built as cemeteries. It was acquired by the city in the mid-1800s and turned into a beautiful Victorian park. Today, the park welcomes millions of individuals each year from all over, hosting over 300 events annually, including live music, public markets, outdoor fitness classes, children's activities, and more.
2. Cincinnati Music Hall
Cincinnati Music Hall is a classical music performance hall in Cincinnati, Ohio, completed in 1878 to host concerts, expositions, and political events. It also has a haunted past! It now serves as the home for the Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Opera, May Festival Chorus, and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.
3. Over-The-Rhine
We stroll through this historic neighborhood for the first half of the tour. The area is full of unique local restaurants, shops, and bars. Your guide will point out Italianate architecture and hand-painted murals.
4. ArtWorks
Cincinnati is a city of murals that tells the story of its famous residents, places, and moments! Along the way, your guide will point out story-high colorful outdoor murals that each have a unique story to tell!
5. Findlay Market
The second half of the tour takes place at Findlay Market. It is Ohio's oldest continuously operated public market and one of Cincinnati's most cherished institutions, welcoming more than one million visitors each year. Open Tuesday through Sunday year-round, it is home to more than 50 full-time merchants selling meat, fish, poultry, produce, flowers, cheese, deli, ethnic foods, and more.
6. Cincinnati
We will have a short ride on the free Cincinnati Streetcar. Guests will receive a streetcar map and tips on where to go to see more of downtown Cincinnati after the tour concludes.
